Loch Leven is nearly 9 miles (14.1 km) long and up to 1 mile (1.6 km) wide. It is a sea loch that connects to Loch Linnhe.
I stopped in a lay-by on the B863 to video the middle of Loch Leven. I have also spent time at western end of the Loch at Ballachulish Marina and went kayaking at the eastern end near Kinlochleven.
The Loch is not far from the Red Squirrel Campsite in Glencoe, which is a great base for exploring the area.
